Here's this week's template - "V" from Ruby. Alia was an obvious choice for this one since we often call her our "little Valentine" Maybe one day she'll be sick of having her birthday on Valentine's Day - for now I"m glad she thinks all the hearts and love are strictly for her! The colors in this layout are a perfect match for Alia's personality!
